High Protein Muffins


Ingredients
- Mini baking cups or mini muffin tin
- 1 heaping cup Pumped Up Pancake Mix
- 1 cup cold water
- Desired toppings
    Chocolate Chips
    Cinnamon & Sugar
    Blueberries
    Dried Cranberries
 
Instructions
1. Mix Pumped Up Pancake Mix and water in a large bowl
2. Pour mixture into baking cups and top with desired toppings
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min or until a toothpick pulls out clean from the center
