Protein Dutch Baby


Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk Pumped Up Pancake mix
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Mixed berries

 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475° F with a small cast iron skillet in the oven. 
2. Once preheated, reduce heat to 425° F and carefully remove the skillet. Coat skillet with butter.
3. Mix together almond milk and Pumped Up Pancake mix and pour into skillet. 
4. Bake for 10-15 min.
5. Remove and top with berries and maple syrup.
