Protein Pumpkin Bread


Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
 -1/2 cup Buttermilk Pumped Up Pancake mix
- 4 scoops vanilla protein 
- 1/2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
 - 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
-1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan
2. Bake for 35 min at 325° F or until a toothpick pulls cleanly from the center
3. Make icing by combining greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and zero calorie sweetener and drizzle over the cooled pumpkin loaf
4. Enjoy!
