Pumped Up Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Cinnamon Swirl Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp Pancake Syrup
- 3/4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla 
Cinnamon Swirl Instructions
1. Combine cinnamon swirl ingredients in small bowl. 
2. In a separate bowl, make pancake batter according to instructions on the back of the bag. 
3. Pour pancake batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle.
4. Before you flip, pipe cinnamon mixture into a swirl on the uncooked side of the pancakes. 
5. Flip and cook until golden brown. 
Frosting Ingredients
- 2 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp Pancake Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Frosting Instructions
1. Combine frosting ingredients in medium bowl. 
2. Beat until frosting consistency is achieved. If your frosting is too thick, add milk. If it is too thin, add cream cheese until you achieve desired consistency.  
3. Pour frosting over pancakes and enjoy!
