Protein Packed Cornbread


Ingredients
- 1 cup Buttermilk Pumped Up Pancake mix
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 can of corn
- 1 tsp salt

 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease mini loaf pans.
2. Combine ingredients and pour into pans.
3. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  
4. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
