Pancake Instructions 1. Preheat griddle to med/low heat (250-275°F) 2. Whisk 1 cup of mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup of cold water. Let batter sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Add water or mix to achieve desired consistency. 3. Pour batter into 4 inch pancakes on lightly greased griddle. 4. Cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles break on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes about 6 pancakes.
Waffle Instructions 1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Whisk 1 cup of mix (2 servings) with 2/3 cup of cold water. Add 1 egg along with 2 tbsp of apple sauce and 1 tsp vanilla (optional). 3. Pour batter into heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
